Do you mean the adapters that GPA provides with new style diaphragms?

I didn't get anything extra with my diaphragms. My original diaphragms have soldered connections. I can use the original wires and add female spade connectors to them. The side entry ones are the type used by GPA. It is not a big deal as I can modify an inline connector.

You're looking for a "flag disconnect" terminal.

MCM Electronics has them. .250 Flag Disconnect | 28-6073 (286073) | Distributed By MCM

Soldered?! The 802 had screw terminals and GPA lists the replacements with the later spade connectors. Mine came with the conversion kits & new gaskets. In looking at the site though, it appears these must be ordered separately. Anyway, I see bowtie has shown the proper connector to splice.

Thank you bowtie. That is it.

GM. The frams in my 808s were 34726 with the spade terminals. Probably replacements for the original Symbiotics. Installer must have soldered the wires instead of doing the lead conversion.
